Finishers recovered an average of 4.23 hours a day — their numbers, not ours.

You're working full days. So where do the hours go?

"Just checking one thing."Back in 30 seconds — but your brain takes far longer to re-engage. Dozens of times a day.
"It's noon already?"Busy every minute since 9. Nothing meaningful actually moved.
"I'll do the deep work later."Later never comes. Quick replies keep eating the space.
"I've tried every app."Worked for a week. Then the pings pulled you right back in.

Multitasking isn't real. Task-switching is — and it's draining hours you never see leave.

The science, kept short

It's not you. It's the switching.

Times a day the average person checks their phone — each one a switch

But the number that matters is ours: finishers got back an average of 4.23 hours a day.

What you walk away with

By the end of the week, three things change.

You see your number

A simple formula reveals how many hours a day you can get back. Most people are shocked.

Your vampires get staked

You shut off the specific things stealing your focus. Not by doing more — by doing less.

Your hours pile back up

Blank space returns to your day. Make more money with it — or get your life back.

And it's genuinely light — the whole week
  1. Day 1Find your number
  2. Day 2Sort necessary vs. noise
  3. Day 3Kill the unnecessary notifications
  4. Day 4Build your backup safety nets
  5. Day 5Handle internal triggers
  6. Days 6–7Get to the root so it sticks

One short video + a ~10-minute action a day. A full backup week is built in. No new apps, no AI tools, nothing to learn.

Jenae Spry
Who's teaching this

Jenae built this out of necessity.

PTSD left Jenae able to focus about four hours a day — while running a business that demanded fourteen. And as a neurodivergent business owner, "just focus harder" was never going to be the answer. So she built her own system for the brain she actually has, starting with the fastest lever there is. Doing 16 hours of work in 4 wasn't optional. It was survival.

Questions, answered.

Am I doing this alone? +
No — that's the point. We start together with a live kickoff coworking party where you get Day 1 done with Jenae live. During the sprint, tag her under any video and she'll answer. And every ticket includes a 25-minute 1:1 Time Audit call with her.
When is the live kickoff? +
Monday, July 27 at 9:00am Pacific. It's a coworking-style session — a short intro, two focused work blocks, coaching in the breaks. If you can't make it live, you'll get the replay and can start with Day 1 on your own schedule.
How much time does this take? +
One short video and a roughly 10-minute action a day, for a week. The deepest task gets two full days. And a backup week is built in, so missing a day is fine.
Why is this different from other productivity advice? +
Most advice starts at "manage your time better" and skips the leaks. This targets the biggest, most invisible drain first — task-switching — with small structural changes, not willpower. You see a result in the first couple of days.
Do I need AI or new tools for this? +
No. There's nothing to install, subscribe to, or learn. The Cure is small structural changes to the day you already have. If you love AI, you'll simply get more focused hours to use it…and if you'd rather never touch it, nothing here requires it.
I have ADHD / I'm neurodivergent — will this work for me? +
Yes. Jenae is neurodivergent herself, and the sprint is built the way her brain needed: tiny 10-minute actions instead of willpower marathons, structure instead of discipline, a backup week for the days your brain says no, and a live coworking kickoff (if you know body doubling, that's exactly what it is). And because task-switching costs hit every brain, it works just as well for neurotypical folks — this is for anyone whose day keeps leaking.
Do I need to be in a certain business or industry? +
No. Time vampires hit anyone who does focused work. If notifications and interruptions eat your day, this applies to you.
What if I fall behind? +
There's a built-in backup week. Go at your own pace — one rough week won't cost you the result.
What's the refund policy? +
Complete the sprint, post your actions, and if you've genuinely not found real time, email within 14 days for a full refund.
I'm a Doers Inner Circle member — do I pay? +
No — the Cure is included with your membership. Use the member link under the checkout button to get in free.
Is $47 the real price, or is the good stuff locked behind an upsell? +
Fair question — we've all bought the $47 thing where the actual value costs $2,000. Not here. Everything is in the ticket: the full sprint, the calculator, the live kickoff, Jenae in the comments all sprint long, and your 1:1 Time Audit. Nothing is gated. There is a membership (the Doers Inner Circle) for people who want ongoing coaching afterward, and it's genuinely optional — if you never buy another thing from us, the Cure still delivers the result on its own.
What happens after this closes? +
The Time Vampire Cure moves inside the Doers Inner Circle. The only way to get it on its own, at this price, is right now.

The hours are already yours. Take them back.

Seven days. Ten minutes a day. Your afternoons back by the end of the week.
