If you have high-friction items on your list, you’re going to procrastinate. There’s nothing wrong with you. The key is giving yourself credit by setting low friction methods.
Like “just start,” literally do anything at all on this task or “spend 10 minutes every morning before I do anything else” and never, never put multiple high-friction items on your list for a day or really even for a week.
